to Mail or Fax it to us.... Your Order does not include a freight charge AT THE MOMENT.
When we call you to confirm this order you will be advised of the FREIGHT CHARGES 
which will be added to the total amount of the invoice.

In order to process your order we need all of your information including your credit card number and expiration date but please note that your card will NOT BE CHARGED until your order is verified by one of our customer service representatives.

All orders being shipped outside of North America must be 
Pre-Paid by either WIRE TRANSFER or MONEY ORDER.
